Call for Proposals for Special Sessions at BioEM2020 (plenary sessions, tutorials, and workshops)

The next joint annual scientific meeting of EBEA and BEMS will be held in Oxford, UK during the week June 21-26, 2020.

Input from members of both societies contributes greatly to the success and richness of our annual meetings. Following the successful meeting in Montpellier this year, we encourage members of bioelectromagnetic community to share ideas for the next joint annual scientific meeting BioEM2020.

The TPC is therefore asking you to send us your ideas and proposals for special sessions (plenary sessions, tutorials, and workshops) based on gaps you detected in the program during BioEM2019 and previous years, or any new and emerging topic that you think should be explored in the frame of BioEM2020. The special sessions format is detailed below.

Please send your proposals to by September 22, 2019. Your inputs are of the uppermost importance for the conference and greatly contribute to its quality.

Proposals should outline the topic, the rationale, and preferably contain a list of potential speakers or workshop conveners. The proposal format is detailed below.

The TPC will make decisions on selection of proposals based on criteria including convincing rationale, up-to-date topic, and excellence of speakers. Note that a travel support is provided to the speakers selected for Plenaries and Tutorials.
