Latsis Symposium 2016: «Personalized Medicine – Challenges and Opportunities»

This year’s prestigious Latsis Symposium at ETH Zurich is organized jointly by the Competence Center Personalized Medicine and the IT’IS Foundation to discuss – for the first time – the entire multidisciplinary spectrum of research, technologies, and innovations in personalized medicine, ranging from genomics to simulations of virtual patient models.

The program involves a selection of invited leading experts from the clinics, universities, regulators and industry delivering keynote and plenary talks, with poster sessions providing the ideal platform for in-depth discussions, fruitful exchange across scientific disciplines and innovative thinking. Please note that young researchers are particularly encouraged to submit abstracts, and will be automatically entered into the competition for the best young investigator awards with a cash prize of CHF 2000, 1000, and 500, respectively. Details about the venue, the program, and much more are available at the conference website.

Please note that abstracts must be submitted by May 15, 2016 (extended deadline). Register now, submit your abstract, and join us in Zurich June 27–29 for three exciting days! For any further questions, please contact the symposium organizers by e-mail (latsis2016@itis.ethz.ch) or by phone (+41-44-245-9686).
