It is time to decide the location of BioEM2018

BioEM Conferences are the joint meetings of the Bioelectromagnetics Society (BEMS) and the European Bioelectromagnetics Association (EBEA), held every year in the 2nd or 3rd week of June.

These meetings aim to present and advance high quality research in basic and applied aspects of bioelectromagnetics in order to address health concerns, regulations and medical applications associated with EMF. A number of leading figures from the international research and medical communities are invited to the meeting to provide analyses of the results and issues emerging from research and practice.

BEMS and EBEA are currently calling for bids to host BioEM2018.

Any member of either of the two Societies is eligible to propose a location, host the meeting and be the Chair of the local organising committee.

Proposals from anywhere in the world will be considered and evaluated by a joint committee from the Board and the Council of the two Societies.

If you are interested, please reply to [email protected] and [email protected] before December 15, 2015 to receive more information, including detailed proposal requirements. Applicants are required to submit a formal proposal including a full budget by January 28, 2016.
