Council of EBEA 

Dear EBEA member, dear friends,

            As Alejandro Ubeda announced some weeks ago the election process was closed, even with some delay, and the new Council was elected.

This is only a short message to present myself, Carmela Marino, as the new EBEA president.

I would like to thank all of you who allowed me to be the new EBEA President, but I want also to thank Eric Van Rongen who shared the competition with me. I was always in agreement with him during past council meetings, that means we were in the same “wave-lenghy”.

 Isabelle Lagroye (our secretary) and myself will prepare a large document to inform you on the general life of the Association, its activities and the future. We have to move on with the life of the Association: next Council meeting shall be plan soon and the team involved in the BIOEM in Davos 2009 is already active.

 EMF-NET is almost closed, but the new Cost action is on the way, then we will have new opportunities to spend time together, to plan specific meetings around COST, or WHO, or ICNIRP activities.

I need the help of all of you to increase the “life” of the society; I promise to do my best.
